SUMMER

We have been super busy this Summer so I haven't had a lot of time to post but this is what we've been up to lately...
We went to Orange Beach with my family the week of July 4th. Hannah wasn't too sure about the water, waves, and sand at first but it didn't take her long to get used to it! She was constantly saying "water! water! water!" She loved going out in the waves with her daddy and jumping over them. One other thing she loved was just falling face first into the sand...I would think that most babies wouldn't like the sand in their eyes or on their face but not my child she kept trying to do a split and then just falling into the sand :) I will have to say that this beach trip was much more enjoyable than last year for sure! Last year Hannah got the "hands, feet, and mouth" disease and she couldn't suck her thumb, she had ulcers all in her mouth and she just didn't feel good AT ALL. She didn't really sleep and was really fussy. :(
This year she was perfect and was the enertainment for everyone! She loved dancing for everyone and Andy even taught her a few moves :) Here are a few pictures from our trip....

On July 21st Andy and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary! We cooked steaks at home with Hannah and had a great day! I still can't believe we've been married 3 years and have been together for almost 11 but I've loved every minute...time sure does fly by! :)

A few weekends ago we all decided to do a slip-n-slide! We had so much fun and Hannah LOVED it! Here are a few pictures...

Now I am working on planning Hannah's 2nd BIRTHDAY PARTY! I cannot believe my sweet little baby is almost 2! She is getting so big so FAST! We've started potty training and I can already tell that is gonna be quite a task but I'm up for the challenge! :) I just can't believe it's already time for us to start working on it! I feel like it was just yesterday when I could put her in her bouncer and get stuff done...NOW I have a little girl always following me around constantly saying "mama come on! come on!" :) but i do love it!

ANYWAY,  Her party is going to be zebra print and hot pink! We are going to have it August 28th (the day before Andy's birthday) at Winner's Circle Park and I'm really hoping its not going to be too hot but I know Hannah will have a blast! I am really excited about the party and seeing all of my bf's that I haven't seen since Amanda and Booth's wedding! We ALWAYS have a great time when we are together and miss the "out of towners" so much! Hannah is going to grow up thinking she has more "aunts" than any of her other friends and I love it! :)

Well that's pretty much everything we've been up to lately....I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Stomach bug :(

This past week Andy, Hannah and I have had the stomach bug! It was awful...we just passed it on to one another throughout the week so this weekend we decided we needed to get out of the house. Saturday night we met up with friends and then Sunday we decided to go to the Science museum. Hannah had a great time and loved looking at all of the fish and animals. We had a hard time keeping up with her:)
And last but not least...Tuesday ECLIPSE came out so me, amanda VEAZEY and mel had a girls night and went to the midnight showing. (see picture below) and yes me and mel are wearing "team edward" shirts! we thought it was a fun idea before we went but once we got there i think we may have been the oldest people there wearing Edward shirts ;) but thats okay!

On June 19th my best friend Amanda and Booth got married! It was such a beautiful wedding and we all had such a great time! Hannah was the flower girl and she did a fabulous job...she went down the isle like a big girl and then decided to turn around and pick up some of the petals...it took a while to get her to go sit down but she was so cute and did ALOT better than I thought! Here are a few pictures of the wedding weekend...CONGRATS Amanda and Booth we are so happy for you both! :)

Anyways, I hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend! We are heading to the beach in the morning for a whole week! :)

Tiny Dancer

I can't believe I forgot to post these yesterday....Hannah just started dance at Rhonda's! (the studio I went to since the age of 5)

She has been twice so far and the first day she went and pretty much sucked her thumb and rubbed her ear the entire time! :) She also stared at herself in the mirror and stared at all the little girls like they were crazy! Of course after class she starts running around and dancing and having a good old time!

The second class she went to this past monday. Andy dropped her off and snuck out of the room before she noticed....i was told she had two little cries and then she was over it which is good b/c some of those little girls scream the ENTIRE class!

AND Rhonda told me she actually tried dancing a little when she put her ballet shoes on! BALLERINA IN THE MAKING! :)

LATELY....

Okay...so i've kinda been bad at this whole blogging thing lately but here is an update on what's been going on with the Williams' lately...




We went to Disney World with Andy's sister Ashley and her husband John and their two children Caroline and Jack. We had such a wonderful time! Hannah got sick the first day at the park and threw up all over me but at least it didn't happen until the end of the day :) Caroline and Hannah were so sweet with each other...holding hands and hugging and playing outside together. Hannah also has a new obsession and that is with "baby jack" she LOVED that baby and still talks about him constantly! We loved getting to spend time with them and have decided we are making a family trip and must every year!
A few weeks ago we went to Harrison, TN to stay with Ashley for Amanda's bachelorette party. WE had a blast! I LOVE LOVE spending time with my best girl friends and had the best time...we went white water rafting, to a comedy dinner show, to rock city (where we took A TON of pictures!) I love each and every one of those girls so much and i'm so glad we could all come together to celebrate with Amanda! This weekend and Booth and Amanda's wedding....finally! I'm so happy for them and can't wait for the big day!
This past weekend we traveled to Oxford, MS for Henry and Anna Leigh's wedding. We had such a good time catching up with friends we hadn't seen in such a long time. The wedding was beautiful and we couldn't be happier for Henry and Anna Leigh.
Hannah also got to spend the entire weekend with her cousin John Nichols...they had so much fun with each other. I think Carleen and I could sit there and watch them play with each other all day! :) I think they both taught each other a few things and didn't get into too many fights...they both tend to have a bit of a temper:)

1st Blog!

I know I said I would never do this but I've had people tell me lately that I should start a blog so here it goes! I don't know how good I'll be at this but I figure this will be a easy way to keep friends and family up to date on what's going on in our lives and the crazy things Miss Hannah surprises us with everyday!


Hannah is just getting over a high fever (103.5) and an ear infection this past week..poor baby was so pitiful! We have also learned that Hannah has officially entered her "terrible twos"
If the child doesn't get her way she WILL let you know about it for sure!!! :) She's a little early in doing this but I guess there isn't anything we can do about that! :)
